This home started out as just a family dream and a plot of land found on craigslist (hence, lot 13) and is now the place of countless family memories. For us and for the many other families who have enjoyed it. We hope you’ll make wonderful memories here as well.
Our 6 bedroom, 4 bath, 2 family room layout is ideal for extended family get-aways.
With a private pool, hot tub, putting green, volleyball net, horseshoe and fire pit, there's plenty to do at the house when you're not visiting nearby Zion National Park, Quail Creek Reservoir, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Sky Mountain Golf Course (directly across the street) or shopping in St. George. We've made wonderful memories here and hope you and your family will too.

Built close to the house and the full wall sliding glass doors allows you to make the great room/patio/pool one big living space. It has a built-in hot tub and a shallow splash-pad area for the smaller folks… plus an automatic pool cover with a keyed switch that allows you to close the pool when grownups aren’t available to watch the little ones.

House has high speed internet and wifi (2.4 and 5 GHz supported) its own Netflix account, blueray/dvd player, plus Sling TV for cable channels… but you may not need them much, as every room in the house has incredible views to enjoy, and the pool is always inviting.
